About The Position

Access Communications is seeking an energetic, motivated, customer-focused individual to join their team. Access is a fast-paced, dynamic organization with a positive work environment. This is a full-time opportunity for a Customer Support Representative in North Battleford, SK. As a community-owned co-operative, they pride themselves on putting customers first and being available when they need them most. This role is scheduled for daytime shifts only, Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Top-notch Customer Service skills including empathy, professionalism, courtesy, common sense, and patience.
• Talent for handling a large number of calls efficiently and accurately in a busy environment.
• Continually striving to achieve targets and metrics.
• Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback.
• Ability to put into practice training received on basic troubleshooting.
• Capacity to quickly adapt to new processes, procedures, and technology.
• Minimum grade 12 education.
• Clear Criminal Record Check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Call Centre experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of and finding creative solutions for any problems that come your way over the phone or in retail.
• Helping customers with a variety of things, including choosing the best packaging options, booking technician visits, and understanding their bill.
• Learning about products and services, including equipment like TiVo boxes, and teaching customers about them.
• Keeping up with constantly evolving information and procedures as part of a high-tech company that leads the way in TV, Internet, Phone, and Security services.
