The role also handles basic customer service tasks, such as providing invoice copies and troubleshooting minor issues. Additionally, the representative will assist with routine administrative tasks, including Mystery Orders, Accessioning Issues, and paperwork quality control (in-office). The core competencies for this position include strong communication and customer focus, time management, attention to detail, and basic problem-solving skills.
