About The Position

SupportYourApp is a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service, partnering with prominent tech companies since 2010. Operating in over 30 countries and supporting customers in 60 languages, we help SaaS, software, and hardware brands deliver exceptional customer and technical support. We are currently expanding our talent pool by seeking skilled Customer Support Consultants for future remote opportunities. Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills (at C1 level or higher).
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer support role.
  • CRM systems expertise.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer (at least 8GB of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
