About The Position

This role is for a Customer Support Associate in an E-Commerce environment, located at the Corporate Office. The position requires providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing and resolving customer requests efficiently, providing detailed product/service information, and assisting with online order and payment processing.
