About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have immaculate English and the propensity to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. This position requires availability 24/7, with primary business hours aligned with Chicago time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the trucking industry is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in cold calling is extremely important and highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-the-road assistance to drivers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and support activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of driver issues.
  • Monitor and track the status of drivers and their shipments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure driver satisfaction.
