About The Position

Vocalink Connections is seeking dependable and customer -focused Independent Contractors to support inbound customer service operations for our partner clients. Contractors will assist customers through phone, chat, and/or email channels, depending on the client program selected.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including typing and navigation skills
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a customer -focused environment
• Quiet, distraction -free home office environment
• Reliable computer or laptop (Chromebooks not supported)
• High -speed internet connection (wired recommended)
• Headset
• Ability to pass client background check (if required by program)
• Windows 11
