About The Position

Support employees from multiple client companies by assisting with backup childcare and in-home care solutions. Handle inbound calls and place outbound calls to care providers to help employees continue their workday without disruption.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, help desk, or call center
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Typing speed 35 WPM+ and solid data entry skills
  • Basic Microsoft Outlook and computer proficiency
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to higher education (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound support calls from employees
  • Place outbound calls to childcare centers and in-home care networks
  • Identify care needs and coordinate solutions
  • Accurately document call details
  • Collaborate with team members and departments
