USA Volleyball (USAV) is seeking a Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator for its Southern California Southern Nevada (SCSN) region. This full-time, hourly position reports to the Office Administrator and is responsible for providing frontline customer support and essential administrative coordination for clubs, directors, members, and regional operations. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure a high-quality member experience, effective season administration, and well-coordinated regional activities. The candidate must demonstrate inclusive, collaborative, and professional behavior, manage multiple priorities, respond to time-sensitive issues, and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced service environment. Extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required. The position is located in Irvine, CA.
