Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship during the summer months.

  • Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Customer Success team with various tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and customer communication support.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
  • Help prepare materials for customer presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Participate in customer calls and meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
  • Research industry best practices and emerging trends in customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to the identification of customer needs and potential opportunities for product or service enhancement.
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the Customer Success department.
