What We Are Looking For We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to support our team with building strong client relationships. You’ll work alongside our Customer Success Supervisor and team of Client Success Managers on real world day-to-day tasks and projects. Panduit's University Relations Program offers college-level students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. As a University Relations Program participant, you work directly with Panduit experts solving complex industry challenges, applying the concepts learned from coursework, and using your knowledge to make a difference. We take great pride in our University Relations Program and great care in selecting individuals who are a part of it. Requirements

  • At least a sophomore in a 4-year degree program
  • Business or Operations Major
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Panduit will not sponsor applicants for work visas now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Document current processes and workflows
  • Support process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and increase automation
  • Sit in on team calls and track action items
  • Collaborate with team on projects
