We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to support our team with building strong client relationships. You’ll work alongside our Customer Success Supervisor and team of Client Success Managers on real world day-to-day tasks and projects.
Requirements
- At least a sophomore in a 4-year degree program
- Business or Operations Major
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Panduit will not sponsor applicants for work visas now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Document current processes and workflows
- Support process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and increase automation
- Sit in on team calls and track action items
- Collaborate with team on projects
