We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for onboarding of new customers and special projects for existing customers. In this role, you will support the sales team in transitioning prospective clients into new customers within the organization. The Customer Success Specialist will be a customer-facing liaison to ensure a positive onboarding experience. This role will evaluate new customer needs and utilize our resources to resolve customer requests as part of the onboarding process.
