About The Position

We're looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, OR. (on-site) on a part-time basis! This role offers a consistent weekend schedule with the opportunity to earn more through our quarterly bonus program. The Customer Success Specialist will respond to and follow up on incoming storage inquiries via web chat, SMS, and our 1-800 customer support line. They will provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customers' storage needs, and process and follow up on reservations from direct customer inquiries and third-party storage aggregators. Requirements

  • Mad multi-tasking skills!
  • Strong desire to help customers
  • Ability to self-manage while working independently
  • Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center experience a plus!
