Requirements

Mad multi-tasking skills!
Strong desire to help customers
Ability to self-manage while working independently
Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Previous call center experience a plus!

Responsibilities

Respond to and follow up on incoming storage inquiries via web chat, SMS, and our 1-800 customer support line
Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customers' storage needs
Process and follow up on reservations from direct customer inquiries and third-party storage aggregators
Support stores across our 160+ location network spanning 5 states
