About The Position

As a Customer Success Sales Advisor, you are responsible for driving the sales function by actively promoting and selling products and solutions to our customers. This includes identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Your role is pivotal in building strong customer relationships while contributing to the growth and success of the business. Supports the company’s social and environmental commitments by incorporating sustainable practices into daily work and actively contributing to a responsible workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a phone-based role with exposure to a commercial or sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide solutions that drive customer success.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and helping customers succeed.
