Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and emails
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide order status updates and shipment information
  • Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
  • Coordinate sample requests
  • Help resolve customer concerns and service issues
  • Support customer retention through proactive communication
  • Prepare and send customer quotations
  • Request and organize vendor pricing
  • Create product comparison documents
  • Follow up on open quotes and opportunities
  • Assist with account management activities
  • Support sales initiatives and customer outreach
  • Enter tracking information and shipment updates
  • Maintain customer and vendor records
  • Assist with purchase order follow-up
  • Collect product specifications and documentation
  • Organize pricing files and product information
  • Support special projects as needed
