Requirements
- Previous customer service, customer success, call center, or office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers
- Answering customer questions
- Helping resolve customer concerns
- Ensuring customers feel taken care of from start to finish
