Our retail client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their team! This is an onsite/full-time/direct-hire position. Salary range based on experience: $18-$21/HR + Growth Opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with retailers through phone and email
- Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Solve customer problems with professionalism and urgency
- Learn our products and help customers make recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and eCommerce
- Continuously learn new systems and processes
- Help improve how we serve our customers
