Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree from college or technical school and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training in sales or customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master highly technical concepts and articulate them well to others.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs, obstacles to the sales process and solutions using company’s products and services.
  • Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer personality types.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outgoing calls/emails and assist in managing existing business and generating new sales.
  • Proactively contact customers using the phone and emails to gather information, assist in the onboarding process of new clients and assist in the increase of sales.
  • Assist Key Account Managers in meeting sales targets and ensure growth in assigned market or customer segments.
  • Assist in managing the entire sales process for the product lines, target accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Engage with existing customers, guiding customers to the product solution that best meet their needs, coordinating with internal resources to address customer questions/objections, providing budgetary pricing, creating and submitting individualized quotes, negotiating, overcoming obstacles and closing the sales process through the point of order receipt.
  • Work collaboratively with key account managers to develop and execute programs to support growth strategy of the company.
  • Support in establishing new customers and growing existing customer accounts.
