About The Position

This role focuses on providing customer support and communication, managing orders, and maintaining customer accounts. The Customer Success Representative will serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving basic issues. This position also involves administrative tasks related to order processing and customer payments.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing prompt and professional support
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to orders, product information, and general inquiries
  • Handle customer questions and route more complex issues to the Customer Success Rep II, Customer Success KAM Rep or Customer Success Manager as needed
  • Enter customer orders accurately into ERP system
  • Perform daily review and reconciliation of assigned customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Communicate any order discrepancies, such as pricing or product availability, to customers or internal teams
  • Ensure customer account information for order processing is correct and updated in ERP system
  • Monitor and resolve basic order blocks
  • Research order or return-related issues following standard operating procedures
  • Support non-technical claims processing and returned goods inquiries as directed
  • Enter credit/debit memo requests for review
  • Process customer credit card payments when authorized
  • Assist with shipping documentation, including delivery creation
