About The Position

Welcome to Parametrics Medical! We are seeking a Customer Success Representative who enjoys taking care of people and takes pride in getting the details right. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and someone who naturally takes ownership of a task rather than waiting to be told what to do next. This person should be comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. They should have a natural ability to anticipate needs, remember important details, follow through on commitments, and make customers feel that they are receiving personalized, attentive service.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• MS Office and CRM experience
