About The Position

As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for patients and their families, making sure every interaction is positive and every detail is handled with care. Your work will help support vital cancer diagnostics—no superhero cape required, just a passion for making a difference.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, patient services, or biotech.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Bring your best communication game, a knack for staying organized, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • If you can juggle tasks without dropping the ball, keep cool under pressure, and brighten someone’s day—even on a Monday morning—you’ll fit right in.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Bonus points if you can spot a typo from a mile away and love collaborating with others!

Responsibilities

  • Answer patient phone calls and provide clear, helpful information about our services.
  • Accurately complete assigned tasks and keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Help manage patient cases and make sure documentation is always up to date.
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial assistance applications.
  • Work with other teams to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
