About The Position

At 3P Learning, we're committed to building educational tools that teachers actually want to use. Our Brightpath products - Brightpath Writing and Brightpath Maths - are used by schools across Australia and beyond, helping teachers save time on assessment and give students meaningful feedback. As our Brightpath Customer Success Partner, you'll be the bridge between the schools using our products and our team. This isn't a sales role - it's about building genuine relationships with educators and helping them get the most from Brightpath. You'll support schools in implementing the tools effectively, listen to what teachers really need, and feed that insight back to help us keep improving what we build.
