About The Position

What you'll do to make an impact: Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue and profitability from assigned accounts Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and manage account growth. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility Conducting regular check-ins and meetings with assigned accounts Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact client satisfaction and retention What will make you stand out: 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining quality and achieving targets. Knowledge of SaaS sales metrics and processes, including expansion and retention strategies. An excellent benefit package, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance. 401(k) plan with company match. This role offers a base salary of up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. It also includes a monthly performance-based bonus, earned by meeting variable targets. Bonuses are calculated and paid out each month, with total on-target earnings (OTE) expected to range between $110,000 - $120,000 annually. This position will be a remote position within the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
