About the position
Voxie is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the first point of contact for their most valuable customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic campaigns, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring customers derive value from their investments in Voxie. They will also be responsible for advising customers on how to best utilize Voxie, continuously developing new campaign ideas, and monitoring customer health and satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work with top brands and drive revenue growth through expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship and success of your portfolio
- Develop strategic campaigns that align SMS/Voxie into your customers' omni channel communication tools resulting in the retention and growth of customers
- Develop a trusted advisor/consultative relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Understand, document, and track customers' overall business strategy, how they measure success, and their desired outcomes with Voxie
- Ensure customers derive value from their investments in Voxie and utilize the full breadth of solutions
- Advise customers on how to best utilize Voxie to demonstrate ROI and drive increased usage and adoption
- Continuously develop new campaign/content ideas matching the voice and brand of customers
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, identify and resolve renewal risk, and build strategies to drive further customer adoption
- Monitor customer health, satisfaction, expansion opportunities, risks, and escalations to exceed net revenue retention targets
- Work as the communication hub for unmanaged account base through webinars, email communication, and the creation of a monthly/quarterly engagement calendar
- Have a strategic mindset with strong experience in marketing technology, usage-based solutions, SMS for consumer communications, email marketing, and digital marketing
- Work with VP/C-Levels in leading B2C brands
- Prioritize customer needs and provide exceptional customer service.

- Strong experience in marketing technology, usage-based solutions, SMS for consumer communications, email marketing, and digital marketing
- Experience working with VP/C-Levels in leading B2C brands
- Strategic mindset
- Ability to develop strategic campaigns that align SMS/Voxie into customers' omni channel communication tools
