About the position
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Aspire, a leading provider of influencer marketing software and services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mid-market and enterprise-level accounts, working closely with our customers to understand their objectives and help them achieve optimal results using our platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer marketing or advertising, with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute campaigns. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Cement the relationship with new and existing customers including: account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
- Develop a "consultant" perspective to client communications, questions, and meetings
- Lead and present at regular client meetings, both in-person and over video conference
- Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts and have complete visibility into renewal pipeline
- Identify, clearly communicate, and manage risk throughout the year through proactive touch points
- Take the lead in developing resolution strategies
- Provide outstanding organization and interpersonal skills
- Follow a structured approach to process and prioritization
- Take initiative and have the ability to identify and solve problems proactively
- Have experience in martech (bonus point)
- Have experience in eComm (bonus point)
- Have knowledge/interest in the influencer space (bonus point)
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success or similar experience in a SaaS organization
- Outstanding organization and interpersonal skills
- A structured approach to process and prioritization
- Initiative and the ability to identify and solve problems proactively
- Experience in martech (bonus)
- Experience in eComm (bonus)
- Knowledge/interest in influencer space (bonus)
