About The Position

This role involves providing non-voice customer support (email and chat only) to Spotify users. The specialist will answer common questions, assist with account management and payment issues, and guide users through troubleshooting steps. The position requires excellent communication skills and a patient, problem-solving approach.

Requirements

  • Excellent Polish (C1) and English (C1) language skills.
  • Valid EU work permit.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable explaining complex topics in a clear, simple manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
