About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to support clients and advisors within a financial services environment. This role focuses on inbound customer support, insurance product assistance, and web portal navigation while delivering a high level of service and problem resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with financial services, insurance, or brokerage experience who are looking to grow their career, gain exposure to licensing, and work in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Requirements

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 license (Series 66 satisfies the 63 requirement)
  • 2+ years of financial services experience
  • Background in insurance, brokerage, or investment services
  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Clean regulatory record (BrokerCheck verification required; CRD number will be requested)

Nice To Haves

  • Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 180 days of hire)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting advisors or high‑net‑worth clients
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls related to insurance products and online web portal functionality
  • Support clients and advisors with account updates, navigation, and general inquiries
  • Assist with insurance product questions and policy‑related information
  • Educate clients, advisors, and field partners on insurance forms, policies, and procedures
  • Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and business partners to resolve issues
  • Partner with Quality Management to research and resolve client concerns
  • Perform thoughtful, investigative problem‑solving to determine the best course of action for clients
  • Follow up with clients to provide status updates and close service requests
  • Accurately document all client and advisor interactions
