About The Position

gTech’s Professional Services team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical implementation, optimization, and key solutions, gTech Professional Services helps customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities. In this role, you will be focused on both solutioning and scaling at a global level, partnering with regional stakeholders, product teams, and specialists, and re-envisioning the way gTech Ads goes to market across customer segments. You will create a bold technical goal in the ads solutions space empowering customers and teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in an investigative role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
  • Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
  • Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows).

Responsibilities

  • Collect requirements, provide guidance, and best practices to apply to ad products and technologies.
  • Scope, design, and build a series of solutions and best practices at a global level to be reused by customers, sellers, and partners.
  • Leverage engineering skills to adapt existing bespoke ads solutions created by regional teams into globally scaled solutions that can support thousands of customers.
  • Own solution life cycle from discovery to launch, managing maintenance bugs and feature requests, as well as deprecation for a portfolio of scaled solutions.
