The Customer Solutions team is looking to hire a new team member to support the Capacity Management Department. You will experience the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the regulated pipeline business and the connected customer industry, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle - from project inception through to retirement - while working collaboratively with a broad range of internal teams across Gas Co. The successful candidate will be part of a team primarily responsible for evaluating customer service requests and determining facility requirements for connections across NGTL, Foothills, ATCO, and Mainline pipeline systems. In this senior engineer role, you will take ownership of day-to-day technical issues, complete technical reviews and complex analyses, and provide technical support and continuity to enable effective decision-making across the team all while supporting our customers’ commercial needs.
