About The Position

The Customer Solutions Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, customer service, and supply chain support for Aerospace Lubricants sales efforts. This role ensures seamless order processing, direct customer support, and coordination with operations to facilitate the production and shipment of products. Additionally, this position supports logistics operations, including scheduling inbound/outbound transportation and managing third-party suppliers for production, warehousing, and delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage order flow efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in pricing, shipping documentation, and contract terms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Macola, JDE, CRM systems, and MS SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact with customers throughout the product acquisition process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, shipments, and account setup.
  • Proactively assess customer needs and collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer purchase orders in Macola with accurate pricing, terms, quantity, and ship dates.
  • Provide quotes to customers upon request and manage order confirmations and status updates.
  • Coordinate product logistics to ensure timely deliveries and returns, including credit issuance.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating freight forwarders, carriers, and necessary equipment for domestic and international shipments.
  • Ensure shipments comply with standard regulations to avoid customs delays.
  • Maintain communication with warehouse team to manage order prioritization and on-time deliveries.
