About The Position

Fastenal is hiring a full-time, entry-level Customer Site Warehouse Support employee to facilitate product movement through a customer site. The position is based at the branch at 45 County Rd 42, Massena, NY 13662. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A flexible schedule may be offered after onboarding and training and upon meeting performance goals.

The role involves using computer programs and wireless handheld devices, handling and moving products, and preparing customer shipments. The employee is expected to maintain an organized work area and follow company health, safety, and sustainability rules and training. The pay range is $33,000–$48,000.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule and extra time as needed.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25–50 pounds and may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).

Nice To Haves

• Possess a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Prior experience operating a forklift.
