This role is for a Customer Services Advisor with a passion for motoring and cycling. The successful candidate will leverage their customer service skills and enthusiasm for cars and bikes to succeed. While some experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair (even as a hobby) is ideal, comprehensive training is provided to ensure market-leading service standards. Responsibilities include working on customers' vehicles in the car park and bikes in-store, delivering a wide range of fitting services such as car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. The role emphasizes developing practical problem-solving skills and efficient work. Retail experience is preferred, but experience in a customer-focused sales environment with an adaptable approach is also valued.
