Customer Services Advisor
About The Position
This role involves delivering a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. You will be working on customers' vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store, aiming to provide market-leading standards of service. The position will help you develop practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. The company is rapidly growing its business with a focus on motoring services and electric mobility, and is the UK's leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services, as well as the UK's largest vehicle service, maintenance, and repair business.
Requirements
- Age 21+ or Under 21 (different pay rates apply)
- Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
- Problem solving skills
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends

- Great with customers
- Some experience of fitting car parts
- Some experience of cycle repair, even as a hobby
- Retail experience
- Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair
- Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
