In this role, you will work directly with members who have requested information about their benefit options. You will help schedule appointments, explain available programs, answer questions, and guide families through a simple digital process from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive, professional, and service-focused attitude
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Confidence using computers, video calls, and online systems
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

Responsibilities

• Connect with members through inbound and outbound communication
• Schedule and complete virtual or phone-based appointments
• Review benefit options in a clear, professional, and helpful manner
• Assist with online applications and required documentation
• Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance standards
• Provide a positive member experience from the first conversation through completion
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
