We support working families by providing supplemental and permanent benefit programs designed to offer long-term protection, education, and peace of mind. For over 60 years, our organization has worked alongside thousands of unions, associations, and member-based groups across North America, helping members better understand and access the benefits available to them. Our focus is simple: provide dependable service, clear guidance, and lasting support to families who want to protect their financial future. In this role, you will work directly with members who have requested information about their benefit options. You will help schedule appointments, explain available programs, answer questions, and guide families through a simple digital process from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working in a remote environment.
