About The Position

We are currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals for an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate position. This role is ideal for candidates interested in customer service, nonprofit outreach, fundraising, community engagement, communications, or public relations. As a Customer Service Associate, you will work directly with community members to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns and awareness initiatives. This position involves face-to-face interaction, relationship building, and helping nonprofit organizations expand their community support. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you succeed.
