About The Position
First Keystone Community Bank is seeking a positive, team-oriented Customer Service Teller for its Stroudsburg Office. The role provides customers with a pleasant and efficient banking experience, with a focus on quality customer service and attention to detail. The teller handles customer transactions and identifies needs beyond routine teller services, referring customers to other bank team members when appropriate. This is a full-time position of approximately 37.5 hours per week, including Saturday mornings.
Requirements
- A retail- or sales-minded approach, with an emphasis on quality customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and make appropriate referrals.
