Requirements
- Service experience with electric power systems
- Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read diagrams and schematics
- Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC based programs
- Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Electronics or electrical training from military service
- Associate degree in electrical field
Responsibilities
- Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment: Static transfer switches, Power distribution equipment, Remote power panels
- Provide customer support while on site and via email and phone
- Maintain timely and detailed service records in the LayerZero system
- Provide emergency response for critical incidents
- Regularly scheduled time slots for 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response
