The Customer Service Team Member at Michaels is responsible for providing friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and efficient checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store recovery standards. Team Members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and support Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves merchandise recovery, general store maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is required. Team Members are expected to interact respectfully, maintain a positive attitude, and may be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
