About The Position

In this role, you’ll help process orders and quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience from request to resolution. Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning internal systems and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret information and respond to customer needs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales and customer service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare and process quotes while building knowledge of products and vendor tools.
  • Respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Help prioritize requests, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Build positive working relationships with teammates, customers, and managers.
  • Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven culture.
