About The Position

Be the trusted connection between customers and solutions by delivering exceptional service, managing orders and returns with precision, and driving fast, accurate resolution of inquiries in a high-volume, customer-focused environment. Your role: Develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships by managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails, resolving inquiries and issues with urgency and professionalism. Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing accurate information on pricing, product availability, lead times, promotions, and order status. Process customer orders, returns, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) with accuracy, partnering cross-functionally to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. Review and analyze transactions, identify discrepancies, correct records, and make necessary adjustments while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Maintain current product knowledge and support return and replacement activities to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and responsiveness across a high volume of customer interactions, including email and phone inquiries.
  • At least a high school diploma.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to deliver a customer-focused experience.
