Ariens Nordic Center is looking for energetic, friendly Customer Service Support Staff to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Ariens Nordic Center. Working alongside the Ariens Nordic Center team, you will help create a welcoming experience for guests by assisting with trail access, rental items, retail purchases, and facility operations. This seasonal, part-time role plays a key part in ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience at the Ariens Nordic Center.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills and the ability to accurately process transactions
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, and lifting or moving heavy items for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service while assisting guests with trail access, rentals, retail purchases, and general questions
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities and support the day-to-day operations of the facility
  • Operate the register and accurately process transactions
  • Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces, including general facility cleaning and upkeep
  • Help organize, restock, and maintain retail and guest-facing areas
  • Set up, inspect, move, and store equipment, including audio-visual equipment, tables, chairs, and other venue assets
  • Follow facility safety standards and work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to support venue needs
