We are looking for an administrator to support student training/instructors. The work hours for this position are 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working while under pressure, and being able to react to quickly changing requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, to develop a rapport with partners at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Windows-based PCs and common peripherals.
  • Demonstrated experience working with standard desktop hardware and standard application suites to include Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Skype.
  • Demonstrated experience working with specialized corporate and business applications.
  • Demonstrated experience working with information security technologies and security guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience to solicit and define complex user requirements, resolve complex problems, and provide consultations with partners and technical personnel effectively.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

  • Demonstrated experience as an Administrator.
  • Demonstrated experience with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Disconnect, relocate, and reconnect laptops and IT equipment.
  • Integrate and share knowledge and information with members of the team.
  • Acquire and apply advanced technical and leadership skills.
  • Support student training/instructors.
  • Act as a security custodian to include understanding the duties and responsibilities.
  • Transfer data.
  • Support iPad technology.
