About The Position
Mister Car Wash is a leader in the car wash industry, known for its innovative technology, customer experience, and people-first culture. The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program is designed as a launchpad for a leadership career, offering a focused 16-week training experience to build operational skills and foundational leadership abilities. This program is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced customer service settings, and are ready to begin their leadership journey. The role involves working closely with an experienced General Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, lead daily operations, promote products and memberships, and foster a supportive team environment. The training aims to develop the confidence, judgment, and business acumen necessary for the Operations Lead role, with a clear progression path towards Assistant General Manager.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
- Love working with people and bring positivity to every interaction.
- Lead by example, take ownership of your work, and hold yourself to high standards.
