Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full-time On Site Customer Service Specialist for their Cincinnati, OH location. This role provides face-to-face customer service support for the VA Medical Facility. The specialist will be responsible for obtaining, analyzing, and verifying order information, initiating adjustments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction, and coordinating the handling of difficult situations. This position acts as a liaison with other internal departments to fulfill customer needs. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. The role is primarily on-site at the Cincinnati VA hospital, with occasional travel to the Dayton VA hospital (1-2 times per month).
