CommQuest seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to assist clients in the Payee Center. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing support to program participants by managing payment processing (checks, ACH, Truelink Card), communication with clients and vendors, and maintaining detailed financial records within a representative payee program.
