The client that is hiring is located in Tinley Park, IL. This will be a fully onsite position Monday-Friday. This role involves handling customer order requests and email responses, including order entry into ERP and CRM systems. The specialist will manage 50-100+ emails daily, answer customer questions about shipping, product availability, and pricing, and research issues to provide the best customer experience. They will also create cases for customer issues, manage orders across the fulfillment chain, and handle both internal and external customer inquiries, providing proactive solutions. This position reports to the Supervisor of Customer Experience.
