About The Position
Join our Mail Order team as the friendly face of Sun Harvest Citrus, helping guests place orders from our catalog and get every order out the door with a little Fun, Family, Florida spirit. This is an in-person, face-to-face role — our Mail Order operation, which handles Gift Fruit Shipping, is set up right on the retail floor, and during slower stretches you'll also lend a hand with Retail guests.
Requirements
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable availability during our peak season, October through April, including weekends, within our daily store hours of 9am - 7pm.
Responsibilities
- Help guests place Mail Order transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer questions and resolve concerns with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Represent our Fun, Family, Florida experience in every interaction
- Assist Retail guests on the floor during slower Mail Order stretches
- Work collaboratively as part of a small team during a fast-paced season
