About The Position

Our seasonal mail order team packs boxes with Formaggio Kitchen's incredible products and then ships them far and wide, spreading joy to all. Key characteristics we are seeking include thoughtful organization, effective communication, great team spirit, and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is confident and quick, passionate and curious about food and hospitality. Please note this is a temporary, in-person position during the holiday season. There is no opportunity for remote work. This seasonal positions ends after the holidays. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Early morning start time is desired. Applicants must be available to work holiday weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas, with no scheduling conflicts. By demonstrating accomplishments and dedication, there is room to grow into a year-round position, if desired.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Great multitasker
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus
• Works well as part of a small team
• Good at following procedures all the way through, in order
• The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects (~30lbs, up and down stairs) throughout a standard workday

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a retail or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and decipher orders
• Locate and gather products from backstock and shelves, confirming product information matches the order
• Inspect products for damage, flaws, and irregularities
• Carefully packaging orders for shipping or customer pickup
