About The Position

This role provides professional communication to Ace Retailers through various channels regarding order status, adjustments, stock status information, and purchase orders. The specialist will diligently work with other departments to ensure accurate delivery status and closely collaborate with the credit department concerning the credit status of Ace Retailers for rush orders. The position involves accurately determining the issuance of inventory adjustments and credits, maintaining customer files, and preparing credits and debit paperwork for the accounting department. Requirements

  • Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
  • High school diploma, some college education is preferred.
  • Ability to work in warehouse environment when researching discrepancies.
  • Minimum two years of excellent customer service experience.
  • Professional phone presence with strong listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, high attention to detail, superb problem-solving skills and follow through.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, AS400 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately determine issuance of inventory adjustments and credits.
  • Accurate maintenance of customer files.
  • Prepare credits and debit paperwork for accounting department.
